Sauder's Automotive has been providing quality car care in Sidney, Nebraska since 1986. We are a family owned business delivering honest and professional automotive repair and auto maintenance services to the people of Sidney and surrounding areas. The quality ASE (automotive service excellence) certified technicians at Sauder's Automotive employ today's latest automotive technology and are equipped to handle all major and minor repairs on foreign and domestic vehicles.
Sauder's Automotive, owned and operated by Rodger and Betty Sauder, opened for business on July 14, 1986 in a 40' x 70' two-bay shop with one heavy-duty truck technician, Tim Hellbusch. In 1991, with five employees, a bigger shop was needed. With our customer list and reputation growing rapidly, a new building with over 10,000 sq. ft. was built close to I-80. In 1996 a 3,000 sq. ft. parts room and shop area was added on. Then again in 2001 the addition of a 1,600 sq. ft. retail and parts storage area was built. Sauder's Automotive operated from a 12-bay shop with 8 technicians, 2 service writers, 1 truck manager, 1 auto manager, 1 office manager, parts personnel and janitors until September 1, 2009 when the truck department was sold. New construction began March 2010 and a 10,000 sq. ft. shop area was completed October 1, 2010. We are now located at 454 Glover Road.

Rodger and Betty Sauder open Sauder's Automotive on July 14, 1986 in a 40' × 70' two-bay shop with one heavy-duty truck technician, Tim Hellbusch.
- 1991First Expansion
With five employees and a rapidly growing customer list, a new building with over 10,000 sq. ft. is built close to I-80.
- 1996Parts Room Added
A 3,000 sq. ft. parts room and shop area is added to keep up with demand.
- 2001Retail Expansion
A 1,600 sq. ft. retail and parts storage area is added.
- 2010New Shop on Glover Road
New construction begins March 2010 and a 10,000 sq. ft. shop is completed October 1, 2010 — our current home at 454 Glover Rd.
